Brothers,

Your comments, suggestions, critiques, and support for The unOfficial Podcast - Knights on Bikes Adventures have been amazing! Thank you all for the countless kudos and criticism alike! Truly, both have inspired us to be better, to do better, and have given us energy to grow.

Taking the bull by the horns, I would like to mention there are those who have said we have an unfair advantage for communicating in this medium that cannot be duplicated by others...well...we're here to help with that too!

Check out https://KonB.org/podcasting-101/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://KonB.org/podcasting-101/ to learn how to start your own podcast. If it's still confusing and daunting, let us know. We're happy to offer assistance to you in launching your own show.

New Years

As the end of the year grows near, I like to take this opportunity to remind us all that even though it has been a very unusual year, to say the least, we should be thankful to Our Lord Jesus Christ for all the graces he has given all of us, our families and our friends. I also like to thank the leadership of the Knights On Bikes from the International level to the States and/or Providences levels, and to council levels. Thank you to all who came before us and paved the road for us so we could continue spreading the gospel of our Lord. We have made a big impact not only in our communities and parishes but also in the biker community. I pray we continue our evangelization to all those who are willing to hear the message of our Lord Jesus Christ. May the coming year be one full with many blessings to all and may we continue sharing our blessings with the less fortunate and keep up supporting each other not only in times of trouble but always.

VIVAT JESUS!                              VIVA CRISTO REY! IN GOD                       WE TRUST AND RIDE!

'O Most Blessed Virgin, who declares on thy Canticle that it is because of thy humility that God has done great things in thee, obtain for me the grace to imitate thee, that is, to be obedient; because to obey is to practice humility.' ~ St. Vincent de Paul

Greetings from your current WA Knights on Bikes State headquarters here in sunny SE Washington,

As the subject line states today is the official eighth anniversary of the Washington State Knights on Bikes….KUDOS brothers for all your help and support we have came a long way. Over the last couple days I have given a great deal of personal thought and reflection to our work and mission as Catholic Gentlemen motor cycle evangelist. Going thru my archives I found many great pictures of events and outings that we have done here in Washington and thought I would share just a few.

The first picture I love….. in it we see our State Founder and first president Tommy Rosati (far left kneeling with coffee cup), and also our second president Mike Rutland “Slider” (centered sitting with his wife Lady Lina standing behind him) along with several other recognized and honored founding members. Then there is the picture of “Wild Bill” sitting on the “Sweet Charity” Father McGivney tribute bike….. probably our most dedicated and hardworking member who will never be able set behind the controls of a bike…Big Fraternal Hug and Kudos “Wild Bill”. And then the picture of the 12’’ KofC crest with the Gold Cross of Christ over the top…….the comment says it all.

Well today brothers is indeed a great day for Washington State Knights on Bikes and a perfect day to put on your vest and go for a ride……..see you out there, Prayers your Way!

'Put into practice the teachings of our holy faith, it is not enough to convince ourselves that they are true; we must love them. Love united to faith makes us practice our religion.' ~ St. Alphonsus Maria de Liguori

'O my brethren, so long as ye have breath in your bodies strive for your redemption; and before there cometh the hour wherein we shall have to weep for our souls let us cultivate spiritual excellence with a ready mind. And I say unto you that, if ye knew what good things were in heaven, and the glory which is laid up for the saints, and how those who have fallen are punished by God, and the tortures which are laid up for those who have been neglectful, and especially for those who having known the truth have not, as was right, guided themselves hereby, instead of inheriting the blessedness which is reserved for the saints, [ye would do so].'

St. Pachomius
