Knights on Bikes Membership Application

Directions:

1. Part A to be completed by the new member and then submitted to State President/Diocesan President for approval.  In the absence of a State President/Diocesan President, send to the appropriate National Vice President.  View contact information for State President/Diocesan President on our Leadership page:  https://www.knightsonbikes-international.org/kob-international-leadership/
2. State President/National Vice President to complete Part B of the form.  Membership status shall be “approved” or “not approved”.
3. Once approved by State President/National Vice President, send form via email to KonB International Administrator at knightsonbikesinternational@gmail.com

NOTE:  Forms will only be accepted if sent by a current State President or National Vice President.
