EB Meeting Minutes from November 2, 2025

Meeting Called to Order

  • Executive Board Meeting called to order by International President, Bob “Ace” Bagley, at 19:00 EST.

Opening Prayer

  • Opening Prayer offered by Father Sinclair.

Roll Call of Officers

  • All officers present or accounted for.

Reading of the Minutes

  • Minutes of previous Executive Board meeting were read and accepted.

Officers Reports

  • Canadian National President, John Vidal
    • Brother John V had nothing new to report. Did get new members from Nova Scotia and Toronto.
  • International Advocate, Walter Winkle:

    • Brother Walter had nothing new to report. However he is the new Vice Supreme Master of the 4th Degree for Michigan and Ohio.  The Assemblies are busy planning  events for the 250th Anniversary of the USA.

  • USA National President, Paul Padilla:
    • Brother Paul reported he was holding ZOOM Meetings with Time Zone VPs and State Presidents with his next meeting being 16 Nov 25.
    • California had a rally in Santa Maria attended by approx 15 KonB members and 4 of their wives.   Everyone had a great time and the Ladies have started to bond.
    • California would like to create a Legacy Patch/ID for members who can no longer ride but still want to stay active in the group.
    • Paul also stated that they wanted to create a form for reporting and tracking events within KonB.  The solution for this would be to adopt Knights of Columbus form 10784 which should fit the need perfectly.
    • Paul also stated that there should be a State of the Union type address given ant the Bi-Annual Meeting.
  • Wilhelm Morgan
    • Brother Wil M. stated that he has been attending functions with other Catholic Motorcycle Clubs in Australia.
    • He did a presentation at a Knights of the Southern Cross.
    • Plans to attend a youth event with a BBQ outside St. Patrick’s Church in Dec plans to ride weather permitting.

    • Always hopeful for new members had met someone at church and was planning on following up.

  • Brian Rohrbaugh
    • Brother Brian reported he had brought in 5 new members from Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
  • Father Sinclair
    • Father Sinclair reported that the Annual Nun Run went well there were approximately 400 bikes involved.

    • Father also reported that for the upcoming Holy Land trip we will not be able to rent bikes as tourists.  The trip will take place from the 5th of October until the 14th spending 10 days in the Holy Land. Leaving from Houston, Texas, the cost will be approximately $4595.00.

Old Business

  • None discussed

New Business

  • Under new business the 2027 KonB Rally was discussed.  Dates are Aug 9 to the 13th of 2026.  Contract with hotel has been signed.  Fund Raising was discussed.  Members will be able to play golf at Tree Tops.  Discussed possible itinerary for rally.   Also a website will be built to pass on information.  We will not go overboard/over budget at the rally.   Plans call for a lot of fellowship and camaraderie among our members.
  • John V suggested a Bike Show/Audio Competition and possibly a Wheely Competition.  Also if merchandise is sold by anyone a % should go back to KonB to help cover costs.  There were a number of other ideals presented which can be discussed as we move forward over the next year and a half.
