Recently, there has been some confusion regarding the use of email addresses that are used specifically for KonB purposes. The confusion tends to arise when a person uses an email address that was originally created for a different purpose/officership.
For example:
A person creates the email address DetroitPOD@yahoo.com; and then a few years later, they then become the State President, but continue using the POD email address.
There have been instances in which this has caused confusion amongst members, particularly newer members. A possible solution would be to ‘hand off’ the email account to the new officer when they officially take over their new position.
